Beyond brilliant service from this company. Highly recommend and will be back in future to purchase again. I brought two screens and cords and a hub. NZPOST were extremely rough when they delivered the package to my work. But the amount of detail and care put into the package protected everything inside from any damage. Many thanks again

Purchased a refurbished laptop, which looks and works as new. Great value for money. The only downside of the purchase was that I didn't receive the disk upgrade I ordered and paid for. While the price for the disk upgrade was refunded promptly and communication with sales was excellent, it was still disappointing not to receive the upgrade offered on their website. Without the upgrade issue I would have given it five stars.

Chris was super helpful and provided great customer service. I emailed asking for advice on setting up a work-from-home setup, and they took the time to point me in the right direction and recommend products that suited my needs.

I had an issue with one of the power cables, and they quickly organised a replacement with zero hassle.

Overall, it was a smooth experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

This company has shown me faith in customer services. I purchased a refurbished monitor that arrived promptly. The monitor came without the stand and I wasn't too pleased, but in looking at my invoice it did not mention a stand with monitor nor did it in the advertisement. I took it for granted that the stand would come with the monitor. I only left a 3 star rating explaining this.
The company contacted me, we talked and after getting the product number from me the stand arrived virtually overnight!
Great stuff, I am very happy on how they handled this situation.
The stand is not perfect but this was noted.

This is my first ever google review but I am so frustrated and upset with this dodgy company I had to do something.

A year ago we purchased an $800 Dell laptop for our 11 year old. Purchased the $99 12 month warranty also.

3 months in we noticed it was not holding charge and wouldn’t last an hour without being plugged in. I contacted them and they adviced batteries are not covered under the warranty but sent me a replacement battery.

Same thing happened - within a month it was not holding charge - so I was told I could purchase a new one from them for $80 which I did.

For a lot of the time the computer would just turn off when we removed the charger.

Few months later and the computer just stopped charging completely.

I contacted them and spoke to David the owner. He said oh no worries we’ll sort it - I’ll send you a new battery! I said I don’t want ANOTHER battery - it’s not charging & insisted I send it in to be assessed.

He sent me some vague email trying to say the laptop had rust in the fan (would not send a photo of this and when I received it back found no evidence of rust what so ever) he said the laptop has not been treated with the care it deserves (his words) and they will not fix or replace it - no reason for why it’s not charging. Basically tried to get out of any responsibility because it was a dusty under the keyboard (what computer isn’t) and there was a small crack in the base plate I personally made trying to get the back of it off (one of the screws is now damaged from me having to open it up so many times for the battery) no explanation as to why it won’t charge - didn’t want to talk about it & kept gaslighting me.

He was who was incredibly unprofessional and just wanted to get me off the phone as he was probably uncomfortable with me crying - tried to insinuate I didn’t understand his language as English is his second language. I could understand him. What I didn’t understand is his reason for it not working.

Please please please if you are you are looking for a computer for you or your children - just buy new. I wish SO much I had just brought a new one instead of waisting out hard earned money on this piece of junk.

Lesson learnt. Purchased a new one from Noel leeming yesterday for the same price and it’s incredible. Will NEVER EVER order from this company again and I would stress you do the same 🙁

Today Fri 22nd I received my goods.

Purchased a PC through Trademe. They had good communication and were easy to work with.

The PC was packaged very well, but despite this the courier broke it. NZ Laptop Wholesale staff were diligent in filing a claim with the shipping company, and proactively following it up to ensure the claim was successful. They ensured I got a full refund.

I got my laptop today and Im very impressed with the service I received and the laptop that I got, Im a Dj and needed this as the computers i already have are way to slow to run Serato software.

Called and asked about expedited shipping of an order (for a customer I was urgently attempting to get sorted) I was about to place and if it would make today's courier despite only a few minutes before their courier normal pickup. I spoke with Chris, and though I know it is never something we can truly promise our respective customers when things are sometimes out of our control, NZLW was very kind enough to rush process and package 2 large items to get on the courier pickup within 45 minutes of my purchase. As a fellow business owner and in the same industry as NZLW, I understand what it means to go above and beyond. Thank you for your consideration and quick nature to work with a special request. Great company and really good products. This is the third Dell laptop I have purchased from NZLW and all are still going despite the rough treatment from my kids at school.
In my experience a refurbished business laptop is far better than a brand new consumer unit, especially when it comes to the robust environment they are subject to during high school use.

I wasn't aware that the product was pre-owned initially as the reference to that was at the very bottom of the page. I only realised after purchasing. Still satisfied however

Set them up in under an hour, everything works perfectly; laptop to dual monitor workstation with just to cables to connect. The “less than perfect” refers to a few tiny scratches you’d probably create in less than a weeks use anyway- the roughly half price discount for them is a very good deal.

Simply browsing what was available, making a selection and then making payment was a 10-minute breeze. acknowledgement was almost immediate and the same day (Monday) i received notification that the order was processed and would be delivered on the Wednesday. True to their word the laptop arrived around on Wednesday and I had it set up and loaded and functioning by the afternoon. Service is brilliant and notification is received as each step is completed. I have now made at least four purchases from NZ Laptop Wholesale and would not hesitate to do so again. I thoroughly recommend them to all.

Our Laptop died on the morning of Monday 13th December. This equipment being part of our POS system meant we were seriously stuck in our business. Our replacement purchased from another supplier got lost in shipping and by early afternoon, Friday we were seriously sweating. I rang around frantically looking for another unit. I finally contacted Chris @ NZ Laptop Wholesale around 3pm on Friday and he said he had a refurbished one on the shelf and would swap out the drive from the old unit into the replacement one. I crawled through motorway traffic from Mt Albert to Rosedale, with my mind preoccupied with thoughts of "I hope this works, else were are badly stuck." I needn't have worried in the least as within literally minutes of arrive at their Rosedale address Chris had it all sorted out. The refurbished unit from NZ Laptop Wholesale works perfectly.
