What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We have partnered with the main courier companies servicing greater New Zealand, and have developed long standing relationships.
We aim to provide you with one of the most efficient and secure courier services.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We use a secure Credit Card Payment Gateway for the processing of Visa & Master-card Payments.

We also have a bank transfer option (All explained via your purchase confirmation email)
We have EFTPOS in store if you wish to collect your item.

How long will delivery take?

We pride ourselves on having a quick turn-a-round time from you purchasing to you receiving your item.

We usually are able to put your item on the courier the day following your order, and courier times are:

North Island 1 – 2 Days
South Island 2 – 4 Days
Rural Delivery +1 – 2 days

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you purchase an item via our website, our machine kicks in to gear… (I mean people are the lifeblood of our business)

It goes like this

1) You select your computer from the many on our website.

2) Place it in to your Cart and Checkout.

3) We receive this order and if paid for online, our warehouse will start preparing your order.
– If you selected Bank Transfer, you will need to make payment before hand.

4) When ready, we securely package your order and give it to the courier. Then we give you a tracking link so you know where your item is.
– If you selected our pick-up option, you will receive an email once your order has been prepared.

5) that’s it, all done

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, we are a New Zealand based GST registered company
Invoices are sent out with the goods, and a PDF copy can be requested at any stage
