At NZ Laptop Wholesale, we specialise in professionally refurbished ex-lease IT equipment, mostly sourced from large corporate lease returns. These machines are typically only 2–3 years old and have been used in managed, business-grade environments — meaning they’ve been well cared for throughout their lifecycle.

Once they arrive at our Auckland workshop, every unit goes through a rigorous refurbishing process before we list it for sale.

💎 Grading Explained

We want you to buy with confidence, even if you’re purchasing online and can’t see the device in person. That’s why we use a clear grading system:

✅ Grade A – Excellent Condition

  • Perfect working condition
  • Very good physical condition
  • May have light signs of use (small marks or scuffs)
  • Suitable for resale sight unseen

These are the machines you’ll see listed most often on our site. We’re proud to offer this high standard — it’s our default.

♻️ Grade B – Good, with Visible Wear

Sometimes, a device comes back from lease with more cosmetic wear than usual — but if it’s still in perfect technical working order, we’ll offer it at a reduced price under Grade B.

Typical signs of Grade B wear:

  • Noticeable scuffs or marks on the casing
  • Minor surface cracks (non-structural)
  • Faded plastics or sticker residue
  • Small, light scratches on the screen

We clearly label any Grade B products, so you always know what you’re getting. These are a great buy if you care more about performance than polish.

🚫 Grade C – Not for Retail

Grade C units may be working, but due to heavier cosmetic damage or age, they don’t meet our retail standards. We only offer these to wholesale buyers or use them for parts. You’ll never see these on our website.
