Our Laptop died on the morning of Monday 13th December. This equipment being part of our POS system meant we were seriously stuck in our business.... Our replacement purchased from another supplier got lost in shipping and by early afternoon, Friday we were seriously sweating. I rang around frantically looking for another unit. I finally contacted Chris @ NZ Laptop Wholesale around 3pm on Friday and he said he had a refurbished one on the shelf and would swap out the drive from the old unit into the replacement one. I crawled through motorway traffic from Mt Albert to Rosedale, with my mind preoccupied with thoughts of "I hope this works, else were are badly stuck." I needn't have worried in the least as within literally minutes of arrive at their Rosedale address Chris had it all sorted out. The refurbished unit from NZ Laptop Wholesale works perfectly.
